International phone number format

To dial an INTERNATIONAL NUMBER with the Windows 95 Phone Dialer, the following format must be observed:
<access code><cc><number>
(where <access code> is the code dialed to access out of country calls, <cc> is the country code, and <number> is the phone number to dial).
EXAMPLE:
To call Austria, dial:
011 43 <number>
(where <number> is the phone number to dial).
